All properties inspected by VisitBritain 3 - 5 star gradings. Lyme Regis, Charmouth and Beer on the spectacular World Heritage Coast. Rural properties in beautiful countryside and coastal locations in the surrounding area - West Dorset, East Devon and Somerset.

Short Breaks
Many of our properties are available for ‘off-peak’ short breaks.

Where available short breaks are usually 3 nights over a weekend or 4 nights midweek. On Friday changeover properties weekend breaks run Fri/Sat/Sun nights. On Saturday changeover properties weekend breaks run Sat/Sun/Mon nights. However it is often possible to tailor short breaks during the winter months so please contact us so that we can find something to suite your requirements.

Short breaks are not normally available during school holidays, however where still available we may be able to offer short breaks on some properties in the week or two before the break is taken. The cost is calculated at 65% of the full week price plus half of the full week booking fee. Contact us for details.
