London is only half an hour by road (M4 Motorway) and Heathrow Airport is approximately twenty minutes away. Two railway stations serve both London and the West Country and there is excellent public transport to the Airport and for visiting the Thames Valley area and beyond. The new Legoland attraction opened in Windsor in 1996 and Ascot, Henley, Marlow and many other interesting towns are only a short distance.
