Mike & Caroline Williams invite you to visit their recently refurbished and modernised cottages with five star rating, set in the beautiful village of Frampton on Severn in Gloucestershire.

Tanhouse Farm until recently was a working farm milking 95 cows, growing 40 acres of corn with a small number of beef cattle. Having always had a fascination for trees it was decided to put the farm into forestry. In the autumn/winter of 1998/99 Nebrow Hill Oak Wood was created, 110,000 trees were planted mainly hardwoods: oak, ash, walnut, sycamore. A farm track gives good access to walk or cycle through this peaceful part of the Severn vale.

Old Stables Cottage sleeps 4 people with a four poster bed, it has its own undercover parking and private garden with garden furniture and BBQ facilities.

Old Priests Cottage sleeps 4 people,The back garden has BBQ facilities with garden furniture and parasol. The cottage is set in a private courtyard behind the magnificent Tythe Barn dating back to medieval times.

The Malthouse sleeps 6 people,The Malthouse as the name suggests was used from about 1850 for the malting of barley for the local breweries. Some evidence remains that a building already stood on the site that was extended, raised and converted to enable malt to be produced. The building contains some striking architectural features that have been preserved giving the building immense character. Glass viewing panels have been incorporated to reveal some of the features.

The Cottages have an abundance of exposed beams and are furnished with traditional oak furniture. The cottages are tastefully decorated with grandfasther clocks, 33" surround sound television, video, DVD/CD Hi-Fi. The kitchen comes with all aminites

A few minutes walk from the cottages lies the Gloucester - Sharpness Canal. A peaceful haven for wildlife, narrowboats and pleasure craft, walkers and cyclists. Cycle route 41 takes you along the towpath to Slimbridge and Berkeley.

The beautiful Cotswolds are only a short 15-minute drive to the east. To the west via Gloucester or the Severn Bridge is the Royal Forest of Dean

Visit Gloucester Cathedral, The Historic Docklands, National Waterways Museum, Folk Museum, The House of the Tailor of Gloucester, Nature in Art, Ski and Snowboard Centre, The Warehouse Climbing Wall and much More.
