The Red Lion Hotel has been in the same family for nearly 100 years. During recent times the hotel has undergone refurbishment and improvement, and now offers guests the delightful ambience and character of the original building whilst incorporating modern comforts and the latest facilities.

Set in the centre of the South of England, with fifty-one rooms, all en-suite, and six excellent conference rooms, the Red Lion Hotel welcomes a wide range of guests from the UK and abroad.

Fifty one en-suite bedrooms, each one individually decorated to offer charm and character including 2 rooms with antique four-poster beds – perfect for anniversaries or honeymoons. Rooms suitable for infirm or partially disabled guests are available on request, please ask for details when booking.

Renowned for its traditional English cooking and Continental cuisine the Vine Restaurant, with the charm of the original building and a light and spacious atmosphere, is the ideal venue for Sunday lunch, lunch parties and evening dinner.
