Built almost 200 years ago in proximity to the site of the original Bottreaux Castle of Norman origin (hence: Boscastle), the Bottreaux Hotel, Restaurant and Bar enjoys one of the most prominent positions in the village. Situated within the heart of the old village and its shops, the Bottreaux Hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance from Boscastle's Elizabethan harbour and from the breathtaking cliffs of Forrabury.

The guest bedrooms and all the public areas have been thoroughly refurbished, bringing the overall standard of the accommodation to an exceptionally high level. Most of our eight rooms benefit from beautiful ocean views over the rooftops of Boscastle. Our guests enjoy the use of our large car park, a rare commodity in Boscastle.

All rooms are en-suite and furnished to an extremely high standard, fitted with tea and coffee making facilities, colour televisions and direct-dial telephone. The hotel observes a no-smoking policy in all the bedrooms and public areas, with the exception of the bar.
